ACCESS
The Gym is for the exclusive use of adults resident in the Urbanisation.
AGE LIMIT
Gym equipment can cause injuries or damage when used incorrectly. Accordingly, minors under the age of 16 are not allowed on the premises
CLOTHING
In the interest of hygiene, Users are requested to wear sports clothing and footwear, and to use a towel to cover the equipment they are using. Users are also asked to clean the equipment after use, and to leave things as they found them.
In particular, Users are requested not to wear swimsuits, flip-flops or “street clothing”, and not to use equipment barefooted.
TIME LIMIT
Equipment can only be used for 15 minutes when other people are waiting.
SAFETY
It is forbidden to enter the gym with glass containers, food, backpacks, radios or other items that may cause annoyance to other Users.
If you do not know how to use a machine correctly, please ask a monitor or another User how to do so, as incorrect use can lead to injury or other damage.
LIABILITY
Of the Management and Administration of Urb. Alcazaba Beach
As the installations are perfectly fit for purpose, the Management and Administration
cannot be held liable for injuries that may be suffered by Users due to negligence or
incorrect use, nor can they be held liable for misplacement or breakage of personal
effects.
Of gym users
Users are obliged to observe and cause observance of these Rules, and to communicate
any breakage, breakdown or suggestions to the Community Office. This will help to
maintain the perfect condition of the installations, for their own benefit and that of all the
Community.
